Rina Gill runs multiple businesses including a full-service boutique marketing company called The HYPE Advertising Agency.
As a full-time entrepreneur for the past 15 years, Rina understands the business community and works closely with small business owners, who are the backbone of the economy. She can easily relate to business owners and what they deal with on a regular basis including growing pains, ways in which to pivot to keep afloat, as well as the day-to-day trials and tribulations.
While completing her University degree/College diploma joint program, Rina was also working part-time and getting hands-on experience in the corporate world. Although she always knew that she would be an entrepreneur running her own businesses in the future, she understood the importance of putting her time in to “learn the ropes” early on in the corporate world before branching out on her own. Rina worked for the largest telecom companies in Canada, gained a wealth of knowledge and experience while strategically building her network of industry contacts.
After launching The HYPE Advertising Agency, Rina and her team took on a variety of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations and global brands. Her experience working with different companies allowed her to learn the needs and challenges of different businesses.
Over the past few years, Rina has expanded her businesses from coast to coast across Canada while also building a global business empire – which has always been Rina’s ultimate goal. She is proud to achieve this huge milestone business-wise.
